Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
- eWheelz is not is not liable for any damages that occur during and/or from shipping.
- In the event of a shipping damage, claims must be reported the same day.
- Inspect all parts and units in its entirety before signing off on your purchase.
- Take pictures of any damage, have the delivery driver document any damage in detail on shipping documentation or sign Bill of Lading.
- To file a claim on a unit, please email [email protected]. Damages must be brought to our attention immediately.
- Hold all damaged goods and packing materials for inspection.
- All of our carriers are licensed and insured.
- Nationwide Shipping does not include Hawaii, Alaska, other territories or islands.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
- No returns on golf carts or low speed vehicles.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Order must be paid in full before shipping. If not fully paid after 90 days, the deposit will be forfeited and the unit will be put back in stock.
- All Shipping Fees, Doc Fees, Credit Card Fees are not eligible for a refund.
- To return or exchange, parts must be returned within 30 days from delivery date.
- Parts return, your items must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, with receipt and original packaging.
- No returns on electrical parts.
- No returns on backordered parts.
- All parts returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and any incurred shipping fees.
- Refunds are at eWheelz discretion and eligible for 2 days from delivery date.
- All returns will be inspected by Quality Control at eWheelz to determine reimbursement. If approved, Accounting will process the reimbursement within 7 -14 business days by wire, ACH, or original purchase credit card.
- All parts cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- eWheelz is not liable for damages on items.
