Got there a little before opening and didn’t really know what i wanted to do. Within a few minutes the very capable and personable manager had us set up with a 4 person golf cart, a map and... instructions to everything we wanted to see and do.Great service, product and really nice people. This is one of those special local hometown businesses that a customer is simply lucky to come across. This place is a disappointment! We booked our cart in April for our July pick up. We arrive to only find out that they don't have a cart for our July 4th trip. After jumping through many hoops to... make this happen they have nothing to say or any way to help! We even have an email confirmation. Nothing! HORRIBLE COMPANY!read more

Let the renter BEWARE & READ THE CONTRACT when renting from these folks.We requested & paid upfront for a golf cart to pick up on Friday afternoon , 6/9, & return on Sunday afternoon, 6/11, to show... a visiting relative around the island. Having recently had a hip replacement, my husband handled the rental over the phone, provided a credit card number as payment & was charged $360 for what car rentals typically consider a 2-day rental.On Saturday morning the vehicle’s parking brake stopped locking, so I called to see if we could bring it back & get a different cart. I was told none was available, and nothing was offered except returning it, so we decided to just find objects to lodge in front of the back tires to ensure the cart didn’t roll while it was parked (not ideal).When I returned the cart on Sunday afternoon, I asked if EZ Wheelz charged $180/day for a rental & was told the $360 charge was for 3 days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The attendant said this was in the contract & offered no partial refund for either the extra day or the non-working parking brake. My husband emailed the company about all of this on Monday, 6/19, and has not received the courtesy of a response to date (6/29).AGAIN, RENTER BEWARE. This outfit appears not to care.7/20/2023 Update:Despite your response, EZ Wheelz, the parking break WOULD NOT ENGAGE; my cousin (a 6’4” male) & I both tried to get it to hold, but it wouldn’t. Why would I lie about that? And why would you not point out at the time we came in to complete paperwork that we were paying for 3 days? I wasn’t aware of the cost at that time or I would have said something then: $360 for Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon is OUTRAGEOUS! I would never have agreed to that had I known. You had the cart back by early Sunday afternoon to rent again. Do the right thing and refund us for the 3rd day.read more

I cannot express to you how awesome this whole experience was with ewheelz. Called on a Sunday about a golfcart I just saw online. Spoke with Symphany. She was FANTASTIC. Answered every question we... had and was very helpful. Within an hour we had purchased the cart. It was delivered on Tuesday. We are 2 plus hours from the place. The delivery driver was in communication with my husband, delivered the golf cart on time in mint condition. He was able to explain everything to my husband and was extremely helpful. We love the cart. It is exactly what we wanted and this has been the best big purchase experience we've had so far. So thanks again for a seamless process. We appreciate it. Wanted to mention Symphany again because if it wasn't for her excellent customer service, pleasant and not pushy attitude and just overall knowledge and helpfulness we would not have purchased the cart that day. I contacted eWheelz to inquire about two club cars and I spoke with Symphony, who was very helpful and generous with answering my questions about a club car I was eyeballing. I wanted to purchase two... and so she got right to work to see if she could get a good deal for me. I was also looking at clubs cars that were in my local area, which is about more than two hours away from eWheelz. I did communicate to Symphony this and she understood and still worked to help me find a good deal. I ultimately did go with the other dealer, which was on a small technicality that had nothing to do with eWheelz or from working with Symphony. If not for this technicality, I would have made the purchase for the two club cars. I know that if anyone I know asks about club cars, I would refer them to eWheelz. I also hope this review is helpful to anyone is is considering the business of this dealership. I think they won’t disappoint. Good luck and happy club car hunting.read more

Amazing customer service! Bought a golf bag attachment for our evolution golf cart (which you can't find anywhere) and arrived so quickly (we are in MN)! We had an issue with a broken plastic piece -... I let them know and they got back to me WITHIN THE HOUR to let me know that it was being replaced and sent - piece will be here by next week. My family and I arrived at amelia island plantation on 7/9/22 for our yearly vacation. Weeks prior I contacted eWheelz to secure a golf cart rental for our daily trips to the pool, beach and much... loved golf cart rides that our children enjoy immensely.The cart was delivered directly to our condo before the estimated delivery time and we also received a phone call from the delivery driver which was extremely courteous and professional.During our initial cart ride we experienced some mechanical issues with the gas golf cart and immediately contacted eWheelz via phone and email. After explaining the issues with the golf cart we were quickly issued an apology and told that we would have a replacement cart delivered to us the following morning at no additional charge.After a couple emails back and forth with eWheelz we were able to come to an agreement on how to resolve the situation so that both our family and company were happy. Not only did eWheelz extend our cart rental by one day free of charge they but they also delivered a brand new electric golf cart at no additional cost.We just finished a 45 minute cart ride and the cart is absolutely amazing in both functionality, quality and appearance.I would recommend eWheelz to anyone that has a golf cart rental need.THE KEMP'Sread more

Outstanding repair service at eWheelz. I called them to say I was having a problem with my cart holding a charge and decided to have them troubleshoot the issue. They picked up the cart promptly and... provided a detailed assessment of the particular issue (internal short in one of the batteries), additionally they performed a complete inspection with detailed results. After repairs were completed and I paid my bill electronically the cart was returned this morning and to my unexpected surprise the cart had been completely cleaned !! This shop has become the only shop to care and service my 2016 Club Car Precedent. Thanks a million !!!read more

I bought a custom golf cart that had a unique fiberglass exteriorIt arrived with steering problemsI called eWheelz and they picked it same day! They diagnosed it in writing and sought me approval... prior to making repairs. The guy who sold me the cart spoke to them snd was impressed. He is going to refund me the amount of the repair$.The cart arrived when it was promised. I even got a reminder call 30 minutes prior. The cart runs like a dream now! Smooth with tight steering. They even tightened the ignition. I am extremely pleasedI had selected eW because I compared their servicemen prices and found them to be the best $ but now I will continue to use them because of their high quality work and their great customer service!It is always great to support a local Nassau County business!read more

I purchased one of the first Evolution LSV Classic 4 Plus Lithium golf carts from Ender when he first opened his doors. The Evolution cart is a fantastic value, well built in Florida, and has the... benefit of a programable controller, LCD screen, radio, blue tooth and more.. It took time for them to get their franchise dealer license but they got it and have repeatedly gone well beyond to make me happy and make adjustments to the cart and learn and train his employees. I live on Amelia Island. He offers prompt pick up and delivery and rental carts.I have been a customer through his growing pains. As a new company, mistakes are bound to happen. Employees come and go. He was dealing with Covid as he opened a new business and all the complications and delays that added so much complexity to his new venture. Ender handled it with a smile as he kept investing in remodeling this building and investing in equipment and people. He is honorable, dependable and has a great product. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another golf cart from him and appreciate all the wonderful custom lights and sound bar he tricked out my cart with. I have no doubt he will continue to get better, but I am very pleased for him in his new business.eWheelz is a great addition to the Island. I believe I have the coolest, best looking and most dependable golf cart on the Island AND it has the new Lithium Battery pack for thousands of $$ less than any comparable electric golf carts on the market. I understand he is stocking some Evolution carts with the regular batteries which most every brand of cart uses and those new carts are even less expensive.read more
